PAPER PRESENTATION
REQUIREMENT
Non-Indian Delegates
There is no delegate fee for non-Indian delegates. Foreign delegates
shall be treated as personal Guests of the host school. Intimation regarding
participation should reach the Organizing secretary by 20th September and
two copies of paper (not more than 10 pages of A4 size paper) should reach by
the 30th September, 2005 by e-mail to aiaer19@yahoo.co.in with a copy to
aiaer@rediffmail.com
Indian Delegates
Indian
delegate fee is Rs.300/-(Three hundred) only. It covers simple lodging
arrangement in the school building and vegetarian breakfast, lunch, dinner and
tea on conference days. Delegate fee for local participants or participants traveling from Chennai is Rs.100/- (One hundred) only. In
case, a participant requires hotel accommodation in Chennai, s/he has to make
his/her own arrangement for travel from Chennai to Conference Venue and back
and has to pay his/her hotel charges. List of hotels and their tariffs can be
supplied on request. Such a participant shall be charged delegate fee of
Rs.100/-only. The delegate fee amount has to be sent by Draft payable to Dr. K.
Jayaraman at Thiruninravur
(Indian Bank) or may be sent by money order to him.
Delegate Fee along with abstract of the Papers should reach the
Organizing secretary by 20th September and two copies of paper (not more than
10 pages of A4 size paper) should reach the organizing secretary by the 30th
September, 2005. Indian delegates are also requested to send their abstracts
and papers by e-mail to aiaer19@yahoo.co.in with a copy to aiaer@rediffmail.com

Papers along with the abstract (100 words) formatted on MS Word (A4
size) in Times New Roman Font, letter size 10, single line spacing with 3.0 cm.
left and 2.5 cm. right, top and bottom margins 1.5 cm. The abstract of the

Punjabi university, PATIALA – 147 002, India through Bank Draft drawn in favour
of EduCon 2005, payable at Patiala.

Non-Members of AIAER - Rs. 700/-
Students - Rs. 400/-
Foreign Delegates - 125 dollars
Delegate fee
covers hostel type accommodation, food on conference days and conference material.
Participants willing to distribute papers should bring desired number of
copies.
